Open Classes - join any time

Open classes do not run as a set course so you can join any time - however most of our classes are now fully booked so you need to check if there is space in the class before travelling.

Yoga: Our Yoga training is designed for people who are interested in learning the full benefits of a regular Yoga practice.    For those with a regular practice already established either our one-to-one Astanga style Vinyasa training or our improvers classes will help you progress to deepen and develop your practice further.

Pilates:  (It’s not just for girls!) Exercises to help develop strength in the postural muscles which helps alleviate back problems and reduce headaches caused by fatigue and poor posture.  Pilates also tones the legs, bum and tummy regions giving a noticeably (and measurable) slimmer body.  Beginners to advanced classes available.  Instructors are registered REPs level 3 (advanced) Pilates specialists.

Rejuvenation:  Health improvement through movement and exercise.  Gentle but incredibly effective exercises to improve mobility, strength, flexibility and whole body health without the sweat and competitive atmosphere of a gym environment.
