Yoga Classes:


It is tougher than you think.  Yoga classes in the west generally focus on asana (poses and physical exercises) which develop strength, flexibility and mobility.  As well as improving fitness, asana also improve the health of the internal organs by strengthening the cardiovascular, respiratory and nervous systems.

Our approach to Yoga training is educational and perfect for people who are interested in understanding the benefits of a regular Yoga practice.

If new to yoga try a gentle Hatha Yoga first to learn the basics.  For those who are already quite fit or with a regular practice already established Astanga infused Vinyasa training (Power Yoga) will help you progress to deepen and develop your practice further.
